Pure tungsten block is solid bulk refractory metal blank manufactured by powder metallurgy sintering combined with hot forging process, adopting 99.95% high purity tungsten raw material. Multiple surface finishes are available including as forged, ground and polished surfaces. The picture shows precision machined pure tungsten blocks with flat smooth faces, sharp edges and uniform dimension. Tungsten possesses the highest melting point among all metals at 3422°C, featuring ultra low vapor pressure, low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent thermal electrical conductivity and outstanding high temperature mechanical strength. We provide comprehensive secondary processing services such as sawing, milling, drilling, chamfering and CNC fabrication according to customer drawings.
